BLT Key Lime Stuffed Avocados
What you will need:
- small bowl
- cutting board
- small knife
- avocados
- key lime; squeezed
- strips of bacon; diced
- Roma tomatoes; diced
- tablespoon coleslaw mix (before mayo)
- tablespoon lettuce; shredded
- salt
- pepper
How to make BLT Key Lime Stuffed Avocados
- Cook bacon and dice into small bits.
2. Dice tomatoes.
3. Chop lettuce into small long slivers.
4. Cut one avocado open and set aside. Cut open the second avocado and dice.
5. Cut key lime in half.
6. In a small bowl, add diced tomatoes, diced bacon, coleslaw mix, lettuce, and squeezed key lime juice.
7. Using the diced avocado, mix well into the tomato mixture. The avocado acts as mayo.
8. Combine bacon with the mixture in the bowl.
9. Spoon mixture into avocado holes and top with salt and pepper.
