If you are a chronic illness suffer, you know how many UNFUN things come in the mail. Doctor bills, medications, coverage rejections, bad lab results, etc. It can get really depressing and spirit crushing. Since a lot of us have chemical sensitivities too you feel like you can’t do anything fun!

Creator Ally is a chronic illness sufferer from North Carolina. Since her first diagnosis, she has been diagnosed with multiple other chronic illnesses. She has always dreamed of sending smiles to others that are going through similar life-altering experiences. The idea of ChronicAlly came to fruition because Ally had always wanted to start a company like ChronicAlly Box. She had heard a lot about subscription boxes, and have received a few but never really thought of sending happiness and chronic illness allies to chronically chic women in this type of platform. One day, while scrolling through Instagram an unrelated niche subscription box company followed her and the idea manifested! She said it was meant to be and she knew immediately it was what she needed to do. Like the rest of us, she had recently subscribed to a bunch of magazines because she enjoyed the anticipation of those in the mailbox instead of unfavorable lab work and medical bills. So, why not a subscription box tailored to women living with Chronic Illnesses?! ChronicAlly was born.
I was so impressed by the box I was sent. Not only did it have a total girl-boss coffee/tea cup included it had a steeper and awesome tea – even for the bath! My 10 year old tried to steal the bath tea, she kept smelling it and said the bathroom smelled heavenly after I used it. I found the lip balm in her room too by the way….she’s such a pilferer. I have to say I was super sick when I got this box, I ended up with an enterovirus so it was a total pick me up. This is the perfect present for any chronic pain/illness sufferer in your life. I cannot imagine anyone could feel down after getting this in the mail. It’s not often that when you are as sick as we are to be pampered. This was the perfect combo for me.
