Color It By Numbers is exactly like the color by numbers pages we had as kids, but with a new twist. You do it on the computer! My 4 yr old loved and made this princess one all by herself.
It is an application for Mac, Windows and
Linux where you color in pictures according to numbers. The program
helps children learn numbers while having fun.
Program features:
-three coloring modes
-easy to change preset colors
-cute and exciting images
-beautiful effects.
-adapted for all screen resolutions
-the picture is automatically saved after exiting the program
-music and sounds
As well as being in English, the program has been translated into
German, Spanish, French and Russian.
I actually forgot about this simple tool that helps children learn their numbers, colors, patterns and how to follow instructions. She had a blast making this picture and has been having fun using all the different types of coloring pages that are available for download.
My only critique of this program is that I wish that I could print off her pictures, but she didn’t seem to mind because the program saves the pictures she did do and won’t erase the colors until I tell it to erase it.
