Cypher Kids Learning Cards Review
After finding out how cool these new augmented reality apps really are, I heard about these Cypher Kids learning cards my 5 year old (Lu) can use on my iPad and immediately wanted to check them out. I found out that they are at select Target stores (mine was one of them) so we decided to head there after Lu’s dance class. First we hit the Halloween section to grab the rest of Lu’s costume then headed towards the electronics section to look for the cards. I found the learning cards right away in the Apps section with the rest of the iPad accessories.
Lu was having a hard time deciding what cards to get but she ultimately decided on the animal cards. She said she learns enough about letters and numbers in school. She was really interested in learning more about her favorite subject, animals. It turned out to be an excellent choice! We quickly grabbed a bite to eat because it was getting late and then headed home for some learning fun!

It was really easy to set up the app. Cypher Entertainment conveniently puts a QR code you can scan so you can quickly find the app in the App Store and install it!
After the super easy set up I showed Lu how to scan the card with my iPad. She caught on quickly and within 30 seconds was doing it entirely on her own. She loved that the cards each come with a narration explaining neat facts about each animal. Here are her favorite cards so far….
Cyber Kids Learning Cards retail for $29.99 at select Target stores. They are a great investment! I am really happy to have something fun for Lu to bring to doctors appointments or trips that she will enjoy over and over. These cards would make fantastic Christmas presents for the little learners in your life. 🙂
