    Yield 8

Use the awesome sweetness of butterscotch and the nutty goodness of peanut butter to create the perfect cookie. Super quick and easy.

    Ingredients

    • 7 cups of cornflakes
    • 3 or 4 cups of peanut butter (depending on how peanut buttery you want it)
    • 1 bag of Nestle Butterscotch Chips (Nestle works best)
    • alternate peanut butter option is to use crunchy to add a more nutty flavor.

    Instructions

    1. Quick and easy. Combine cornflakes, peanut butter and butterscotch in a medium saucepan on low heat. Stir until cornflakes are completely coated. Make sure the peanut butter and butterscotch are completely melted into a creamy texture.
    2. Spoon cornflakes onto a piece of wax paper keeping them separate. Place the cookies into the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.

    Courses Dessert

    Enjoy!

    About jen @craftymomof3

I am a "crafty" mom of 3 who has been blogging for 10+ years. I’ve been a product reviewer/influencer on and off, but mostly just write about life and food I love. I’m a dyslexic, an extreme book addict, a total nerd, a fangirl, and a paranormal enthusiast. I am a New Englander at heart but I currently live in the MidWest. I am obsessed with the ocean, food, tech, books, anything supernatural, and although I am hopelessly sarcastic...I am a softy. Oh, and I like coffee. A LOT.
