I found this great new yarn made by Lions Brand. It’s called Hometown USA. It’s thick and soft and really easy to use. Here’s the scarf I made with it:
It’s really warm and doesn’t scratch at all!
Another yarn of theirs that I am really liking is their Thick n Quick Wool-Ease yarn. I am making my Mom a scarf right now with it. I will post it when I am done. The best part about that yarn is that it feels soft like acrylic yarn but doesn’t scratch like wool.
