My New Coffee Obsession – making cool summer drinks with International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee #IcedDelight

 

If you remember back in the beginning of the year I was introduced to International Delight Sweet & Creamy Iced Coffee.  I fell in love with my cartons I was sent to taste test but then I wasn’t able to find them at any of my Walmart stores. A few months ago I got a Sams Club membership and guess what? I found them. I was so excited! So my husband had the day off so myself, my husband and my middle daughter decided it would be great day to go get some and make a cool summer Coffee Iced Latte Shake. Yum right?

 

When we got there we found a demonstration in the back by the dairy section showing how the International Delight’s Iced Coffee can make a great breakfast. He had egg beaters egg whites, multigrain sandwich thins and International Delights Mocha Iced Coffee. It tasted great.

These little taste test cups hit the spot after being outside in the 94 degree weather!
I love the set up. They paired the Iced Coffee with egg beaters and whole grain sandwich thins. GREAT breakfast.
Whoot! I can not explain how excited I was that they had the mocha, my favorite flavor.
Remember how much this little chick LOVES her maraschino cherries?? FloridaOJ Smoothies  She was in heaven!

International Delight Iced Coffee Latte Shake – Mocha Caramel 

The whole purpose of our shopping trip was to get ingredients for a cool summer drink we wanted to try out- Coffee Latte Shake. I found the recipe years ago and wanted to try my own version of it with my new favorite iced coffee.

 

We used these ingredients: Nesquick Chocolate Powder, Jello Instant Pudding, International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee, Land ‘O Lakes Whipped Topping and International Delight Coffee House Inspirations Caramel Macchiato Flavor. We also had 10 ice cubes.

 

Measure out 1 cup of the Iced Coffee – Mocha Flavor

 

Then measure out 1/4 cup of the Caramel Macchiato creamer

 

Combine 1/3 package of the instant pudding and 2 tbs of the chocolate powder.

 

Combine ice cubes, powder mix and the ice coffee in a blender/drink mixer. Blend.

 

After blending thoroughly (no ice at all) add the Caramel Macchiato creamer. Blend for 1 minute.

 

Pour into your favorite cup.

 

Add the Land ‘O Lakes Whipped Topping

 

Grab your favorite smoothie straw

 

Drink! B got to have some because she did such a good job helping with the shopping. 🙂

A cool summer coffee drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Iced Coffee (International Delight Mocha)
  • 10-15 ice cubes
  • 1/3 package of instant pudding (chocolate)
  • 2 TBS of chocolate powder
  • 1/4 Caramel Macchiato creamer (International Delight Coffee House)
  • *optional sugar to taste (but not really needed)

Instructions

  1. Measure out ingredients then combine ice coffee, powders (pudding and chocolate powder) and the ice cubes into a blender.
  2. Blend until really smooth (no ice)
  3. Add the 1/4 cup of creamer
  4. Blend for 1 minute
  5. Pour into a favorite cup
  6. Add whipped topping (Land 'O Lakes)
  7. Enjoy!
