Share The Comfort
Hanes has launched a great new app on Facebook that lets you personalize and send free virtual Comfort Packages to friends and family. For each comfort package sent, Hanes will donate $1 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. (up to $25,000) to promote early cancer detection and provide mammograms for those in need.
I don’t know about you, but when I think of comfort, I think of Hanes. Seriously. For the last 20 years of my life I have slept most nights in a men’s Hanes undershirt! I have a nerve problem and when my skin is really sensitive, I go right to my Hane’s shirt. I would love to be able to offer that kind of comfort to some one else. Hanes developed the app to do just that. Share the comfort. Comfort comes from all places- music, pictures, a quick phone call from a friend.
Go to the Hane’s Facebook page and click on the Pink tab. From there you can send a fully customizable virtual Care Package. You can customize it to your friends taste: use a T-Shirt,a video, a recipe (nothing says comfort than comfort food!), music or just a sweet message!
Along with the Care Packages there’s great video to watch from survivors and there families, a place to send words of comfort and spread hope and a place to keep spreading the hope by purchasing merchandise with a proceed of that purchase going to the NBCF.
So if you know any one that could use a pick me up head over to the Hanes Facebook Page. It’s a terrific way to spread hope for free and still make a difference.
