Fresh, Clean Air Courtesy Of Our Venta Airwasher
About a year ago I did a review of the Venta Airwasher. I wanted to do an update and let you know about a new product they have for the Airwashers!
First off the update. I am still in love with it. I notice when the water runs out. The cats even notice when it does. Frosty stands over at the Venta looking at me like “how could you let this happen?” We use it year round. It helps with the dry air and germs of the winter plus it helps support the air conditioner in the summer. I am looking forward to see how it helps with seasonal allergies because we only used it for half of the spring last year.
The addition of the aromatherapy oils have been great because, as I have mentioned, we have cats. Winter here in Illinois can get very windy so opening the windows even on a mild day isn’t really possible. Between cooking and cat boxes, smells can build up no matter what I do so I am loving the clean scents I can use to help cover up/eliminate the odors.
There are now six fragrance options (four ALL-NEW scents), each made from 100% natural, essential oils.
Relaxing-A stimulating blend of cinnamon, cassia, carnation and grapefruit that helps you unwind after a long day.
Citrus Garden-An invigorating and refreshing fragrance made from fresh orange zest.
Eucalyptus-A comforting blend of eucalyptus, peppermint & tea plant oils that’s soothing during the cold & flu season.
Winter Dream-Let the fragrance of cinnamon warm you on cold winter nights.
Vanilla-A blend of vanilla & citrus that makes any place smell like home.
Refreshing-An invigorating & stimulating citrus blend made from real fruit zest.
Each package of Venta Aromatherapy comes with three 1.7 oz. bottles of fragrance for $19.99.
Remember: The fragrances in the Venta Aromatherapy line are the ONLY oils tested and approved for use in the Venta Airwasher.
So far my favorite has been Winter Dream. It has a cinnamon-y scent that has been comforting. I think going into the warmer weather it might become Refreshing. It has a nice, clean scent. It makes your house smell like you spring cleaned it all day. The oils haven’t left too much of a residue in the airwasher either. They seem to evaporate along with the water. The bottles last a long time too. I have had them since September and I am just now putting a dent in them.
As you can see, in Frosty’s case, not much as changed (except his paws….look at how little they were!). He LOVES the Venta. His favorite is right after we fill it up. He sits on it and breathes the fresh air. Sometimes I sit with him. The Venta has not only helped my family’s allergies, it has definitely helped the cats. I have noticed that if we vacuum regularly and keep the Venta going their eyes water less and Aura (Frosty’s sister) sneezes waay less. She is really allergic to dust.
Venta is a really cool company to work with and they love Frosty as much as we do. So they are offering any one of my readers that purchases an Airwasher will receive a free package of the Aromatherapy of their choice. To redeem the offer you simply call the toll-free number to purchase their new Airwasher (888-333-8218), mention my blog by name and choose your complimentary package of Aromatherapy.

Venta is also very active on social media so make sure you are following them! You can find them on Youtube, Facebook and Twitter. (You may actually recognize a certain white cat on there every once and awhile.)
The Venta Airwasher has made such a difference in our breathing. I wouldn’t be signing it’s praises if it didn’t. I am not required to say positive things but I do because it is a product I will truly back 100%. Picky cat Frosty does too, which is saying something, trust me. He actually has a preference of how much water is actually in his cat bowl and won’t drink it unless it is at that level. Diva.
