The metaphysical has always fascinated me. The untapped power that a lot of us carry is astounding. I myself am an empath, have been since I was old enough to talk, which was early – at 9 months. At an early age I could read auras. It wasn’t until I was older that I realized that most people couldn’t see it. I didn’t know any better and I remember my mom finally put two and two together when I would describe people by their color. I had many “imaginary friends” that fit descriptions of family members I never met not had seen pictures of until I was shown them after describing them to down to small details.
I have also been to many psychics. I can immediately tell if they are real by the vibrations they give off. I am EXTREMELY sensitive to vibrations and electronic stores give me migraines.
I know a lot of people are very skeptical of the metaphysical and I totally get that. Unless you have personally experienced it like I have, it’s hard to wrap your head around.
Because of my life and experiences, I was drawn to this book. Even if you are skeptical of psychics this is a great read. All of us are made up of energy, that’s a scientific fact. Learning to understand and control the energy you give off can make a huge difference in your life. I still, at 40 years old, have not learned how to stop broadcasting my emotions and thoughts. I have been told by many mentalists that I am too loud, lol.
The Workings of Energy in the Human Energy Field gave me a better insight on how to do that! It’s a quick read, very insightful and I loved reading from the perspective of another aura reader. A lot of her descriptions fit what I see. It was amazing to read.
I read a lot of books on this subject and I have to say, this is going on my top ten. Make sure you go to her website (link below) because it has amazing tools and recommendations to guide you through understanding how to harness your energy and how to pick a psychic that is best suited to you. It’s not a one size fits all. Not all energies connect. If you have ever been in a room with a person and just automatically move away from them like to two polar sides of a magnet, you know exactly what I am talking about.
This is a great starter book for anyone who has ever been interested or curious in the subject. It’s a quick, great read which is a bonus.
